Do I have to be logged in to access datasets ?
No. GenderDataLab opens access ready-to-use data. You can visit the section DataSets and you can download and remix them. This is an openspace.
Who can register? organizations, or single users… who exactly?
Everyone can register. Citizen scientists, data communities, data schools for teachers & students, feminists, gender experts, civil society organizations, hackers, Single users can create their own account and settings. Organizations can have multiple users to contribute to their data dashboard.
How can I Get Involved? How can I become a member of the community?
Join us to get the free account. Once you have an account, you will be able to add datasets.

I represent an Organization and do not know where to start?
You can start opening an account for free. We will ask you what organization do you represent, and confirm it as well as other details and you will be able to manage your organization account. If you need full assistance please contact us, through any link in the web sticky menu
Can I view & download datasets before registering or logging in?
Of course. The access to the datasets section is open and available to everyone. Signing enables you to become a Community member and to add &share datasets, as well as to enjoy other services.
My Organization is registered. How can I join it? What do I need to do?
In the registration process you will be asked if you are joining an Organization. You should indicate it. Your organization will validate you, and you will become a member of it. In case you missed any of this contact us and we’ll help you.

Can I try your service for free? How can I upgrade my account from free to +Pro?
Of course you can try our service! We’re happy to offer a free plan to anyone who wants to try our service. If you want to upgrade send us an email to hello@genderdatalab.org
Can different users contribute to my organization datasets?
Yes. We are on the way to automatize this process. If you are having troubles, contact us at help@genderdatalab.org
Can I join an existing organization?
Yes. The Organization Data Owner and responsible must validate your access. You can ask for it in your dashboard panel. If you have any trouble contact us at help@genderdatalab.org
Where is my data going to be hosted?
We are a European organization and our server is hosted in Spain.
